The plot is didn't let the spare two who are party of Norman group to go climb the wall instead of Norman, Emma on that day then. the result would be super freaking different. Author want us to know other pieces of info or show another plot or just to increase chapter/episode, purposely dragged more.

norman will get shipped out but he wont die, he'll be fking scientist hahaha
u/HENYBENAYED · 1 week ago
He's lying. Right ? About the cliff. There ain't no cliff. Right ? All we've seen at the first sight was a vast forest.
u/SamuraiKing85 · 1 week ago
It's revealed at the end...so sad
u/HENYBENAYED · 1 week ago
i don't think so. if that was the true case then why would the studio split the reveal into two separated scenes. It would have been more climactic in one scene.
u/GauntYeti · 1 week ago

Nope. He’s not lying. It’s a cliff.
u/SamuraiKing85 · 1 week ago
mate, 21:15. it pans around to show the full view. Prepare ur self, it looks like a large problem...
u/d3wa · 1 week ago
I think the same thing too. Norman has a new plan
u/HENYBENAYED · 1 week ago
i can't really think of a plan that may stop the shipping. However maybe he's doing this for others' sake.

if norman wasnt really going to escape why did he came back? he could just hide in the woods, wasn´t that the plan all along?
u/wadjela · 1 week ago
if he didn't come back the mother would have known he was somewhere within the walls and that they were still planning an escape, so she would've easily shut that down too so he had to came back to figure out a new plan
u/koala · 1 week ago
or mom would think he escaped another way no?
u/Lanzealot · 1 week ago
Now I know who died here oof

there's also the Krone's left-behind stuff in Norman's drawer he found, we still don't have the content of... Besides Krone's flashback on the pen....
u/Daniellopera · 1 week ago
Wait so they knew that a kid would be able to climb up the wall that was extremely high, so they just made a cliff, and how would they get down even without a cliff

Norman isn't lying last episode where krone and grandma we're at the gate we saw flashbacks where (supposedly) krone was on top of the wall and grandma was on the ground basically if there was no cliff krone would have escaped!!!
