Apologies if I sound pedantic. One of the most important aspects of female characters is the concept of "gap". For the tsundere, e.g., it's the contrast between her external behaviour and her actual feelings. For the kuudere, it's how she's seemingly silent and emotionless, but is very straightforward about her feelings. In keeping with this form, the loli, in contrast to her youth, must be like a bride.
Kichou-san is perfect.
That will serve as my obituary as I fail the degeneracy test.
